Following a loss against DRX, considered the best Valorant team in the Asia-Pacific region, ZETA DIVISION’s shotcaller, Koji “Laz” Ushida, discussed the team’s improvements during a post-match interview after their victory against Team RRQ in week two.

Laz explained how the team analyzed and learned from their previous defeat to DRX. They addressed the issues they had faced, particularly on Ascent, the second map they played against DRX. By focusing on macro adjustments and teamwork, ZETA DIVISION managed to bounce back and defeat Team RRQ.

According to Laz, the team also learns from their victories, and they will continue to improve as they identify and address any challenges they encounter.

With seven matches remaining in the regular season, ZETA DIVISION still has a chance to climb the overall scoreboard. Their next match will be against Global Esports on April 9th. It will be a tough game, as Global Esports gave DRX a run for their money last week. However, ZETA DIVISION’s recent improvements and resilience may propel them towards extending their winning streak.
