In a move that has sent ripples through the eSports community, TSM has announced its triumphant return to the Counter-Strike arena.
The organization has unveiled a formidable roster that blends seasoned pros with rising stars, signaling their intent to reclaim their place at the top.
The New Lineup:
- Audric “JACKZ” Jug: A former G2 rifler, JACKZ’s inclusion adds firepower and experience to the team.
- Valdemar “valde” Bjørn Vangså: Previously with ENCE, valde’s strategic gameplay will be crucial for TSM’s success.
- Timofey “interz” Yakushin: Once the backbone of Cloud9, interz brings consistency and a wealth of knowledge to the table.
- Cai “CYPHER” Watson: Fresh from his impressive stint with Into the Breach at the BLAST.tv Paris Major, CYPHER is a talent to watch out for.
- Mădălin-Andrei “MoDo” Mirea: This young Romanian AWPer, formerly with Nexus, is set to make waves with his sharpshooting skills.
- Rémy “XTQZZZ” Quoniam: Taking the helm as the head coach, XTQZZZ’s vision will be instrumental in shaping TSM’s journey. His reunion with JACKZ and his return after his last association with G2 in 2022 adds an interesting dynamic to the team.
- Lambert “Lambert” Prigent: Serving as the assistant coach, Lambert’s insights and strategies will complement XTQZZZ’s leadership.
TSM’s history with Counter-Strike is rich and varied.
They last fielded a CS roster in 2016, with notable players like Sean “seang@res” Gares and Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken. The team’s departure back then was linked to controversies surrounding the Professional eSports Association. Before that, TSM boasted a stellar Danish lineup, including the likes of Nicolai “device” Reedtz and Finn “karrigan” Andersen. However, internal conflicts led to their exit and the eventual formation of the powerhouse team, Astralis.
