Red Bull Joins Forces with Team Heretics in Multi-Faceted Partnership

Spanish esports organization Team Heretics has announced a partnership with popular energy drink brand Red Bull. As part of the collaboration, Red Bull’s logo will be featured on the jerseys of all Team Heretics players.

In addition to jersey branding, the partnership includes daily content creation initiatives and in-person events at Team Heretics’ Madrid headquarters. The organization has prominent rosters in Riot Games’ League of Legends and VALORANT, with its League of Legends teams participating in the LEC and LVP Superliga. Team Heretics’ VALORANT roster is a partner team for the VCT EMEA.

Last year, Team Heretics gained attention when they secured an LEC slot from Misfits Gaming Group, entering the league for the first time. The organization has also collaborated with Riot Games to co-stream its games in Spanish and has partnerships with Lenovo Legion and Carlsberg’s San Miguel brand.

The partnership with Red Bull will encompass various digital and real-world activations. Team Heretics plans to collaborate with Red Bull to deliver exclusive daily sports content on its social media platforms. The Madrid headquarters will also play a role in the partnership, with plans for viewing parties and meet-and-greet opportunities in the future, thanks to the collaboration with the energy drink brand.

Red Bull is highly active in the esports space, sponsoring teams like Heroic, Team Heretics, and Ninjas in Pyjamas. The company also organizes its own events, such as the Red Bull Contested Fortnite LAN tournament and the Red Bull Campus Clutch. Red Bull Racing, its motorsports division, is involved in sim racing esports as well.
