Paris Major Legends Stage Round 4 Matchups Decided

The BLAST.tv Paris Major Legends Stage has reached its fourth round of matchups, following the completion of round three in the Swiss format.

The latest round saw Vitality and Heroic secure their spots in the playoffs, while 9INE and FURIA were eliminated with 0-3 records. Monday’s games will feature a best-of-three format, with each match determining progression to the playoffs or elimination from the Major.

The action kicks off with ENCE facing off against Ninjas in Pyjamas and FaZe taking on Bad News Eagles in two elimination games at 12:30. The FaZe vs. Bad News Eagles matchup carries a significant history, with the latter eliminating FaZe from the IEM Rio Major and defeating them at the Paris RMR, where FaZe had to fight their way through the last chance qualifier.

The elimination games conclude with fnatic versus G2, where the Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen-led team aims to continue their resurgence against a struggling fnatic.

In the first qualification match, Monte will meet Natus Vincere, setting up a Ukrainian derby and a showdown between Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and Volodymyr “Woro2k” Veletniuk, who have engaged in Twitter arguments recently.

The day concludes with Liquid taking on Into the Breach, presenting a favorable opportunity for the North American team to secure a playoff spot after a challenging start to the Major. Additionally, Apeks and GamerLegion will clash in another 2-1 bout.
