Natus Vincere Secures Spot in BLAST.tv Paris Major Led by Rising Star NPL

Natus Vincere (NaVi) has become the first team to qualify for the BLAST.tv Paris Major, set to take place from May 8-21, after an exceptional performance in the first European RMR tournament. Despite a shaky start, the Ukrainian-majority team secured a place in the Legends Stage with an unblemished 3-0 record in the Swiss group.

Throughout the qualifier, NaVi’s 17-year-old rising star Andrii “npl” Kukharskyi delivered exceptional performances, averaging a 1.34 rating across the four maps played. This was a substantial improvement over his previous record, as npl’s average rating with Natus Vincere before the European RMR was 0.90.

NaVi’s npl will make his first Major appearance in Paris, while the organization maintains its flawless record of attending all CS:GO Majors.

Another team is set to qualify for the BLAST.tv Paris Major Legends Stage, as fnatic and B8 compete in the other 2-0 pool match. Over the next two days, six more teams will qualify from the first European group, with two advancing directly to the Legends Stage and four to the Challengers Stage.
