Although the Swiss Stage opponents are not as strong as the teams in the regular season, the duo has demonstrated the ability to perform at the necessary level and contribute to FlyQuest’s victories.
This upcoming match is going to be a massive test for Massu and Busio – they will be up against one of the best bot lane pairs in the world – Viper and Delight. It is a challenge and at the same time a chance for the FlyQuest bot lane to show that they can play at the top level. If they can stand their ground or even fight back against Viper and Delight, then it could be a major morale boost going forward.
But the jungle matchup could be where things get really interesting. This is FlyQuest’s jungler, who has been arguably the best player in the LCS this year, and now he gets to face one of the best junglers in the world in Peanut. If Inspired can look for ways to counter Peanut and make big plays, he could be the game changer for FlyQuest to make this a close series.
What to Expect
Still, one cannot help but notice that FlyQuest is up against quite a challenge. The manner in which HLE dismantled Gen.G shows that they are not going to struggle in this series. Their formation has been good, and they have stood their ground against one of the strongest teams in the tournament. For FlyQuest, the dream of reaching the knockout stage will probably be decided in the last round, where they will have a chance to get a good seed.
