Esports data and analytics company GRID has partnered with tournament organizers IO Esports and EPULZE ahead of the Dota 2 Bali Major.
The partnership will see GRID provide data services for the event, including data distribution, management, integrity monitoring, and security services.
The Bali Major, the first major Dota 2 tournament in Indonesia, is expected to take place between June 30th and July 9th, 2023. GRID has already secured data rights for all Dota Pro Circuit regions and is looking to secure additional touchpoints for every tournament.
“Southeast Asia’s growth in esports has been meteoric over the past few years and it’s a real pleasure to see a Dota Major coming to Bali,” – Charlie Hanley-Nickolls, Chief Procurement Officer at GRID.
This is the latest in a series of tournaments that GRID is partnering with Valve, and the company has also recently partnered with Oddin.gg to assist DPC regional organizers with data, integrity monitoring solutions, and betting-focused projects.
