Gaimin Gladiators has emerged as the champions of the Berlin Major 2023 in a 3-1 grand finals victory against Team Liquid.
This win marks Gaimin’s second major championship win of the season, having previously won the Lima Major 2023 and Dreamleague Season 19. The Gladiators have been dominating the Dota 2 scene, having only lost one series in Dreamleague Season 19.
The team’s midlane player, Quinn “Quinn” Callahan, played a critical role in his team’s success, particularly on his Leshrac during Game 4 of the series. With this win, Gaimin Gladiators has secured enough DPC points to qualify for The International 12, joining Liquid as the second team to do so.
The Gladiators have cemented their position as one of the most dominant teams in Dota 2 major tournaments, and their recent win has further strengthened their position as one of the favorites heading into future tournaments. Gaimin’s five players played exceptionally well, securing their second major win of the season.
