FURIA and Pay4Fun Unite for Exciting ‘Casa FURIA’ Event at IEM Rio 2023

As the Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2023 approaches, Brazilian esports organization FURIA has unveiled plans for a unique event called ‘Casa FURIA.’

The celebration, set to take place from April 21st to 23rd, will coincide with the final days of IEM Rio 2023. FURIA aims to showcase Brazilian culture through this event, with live broadcasts of FURIA’s matches, along with performances and activations from partners such as PokerStars, RedBull, BetNacional, and AGON by AOC.

In collaboration with their new partner, online payment platform Pay4Fun, FURIA’s Casa FURIA will feature different themes each day, highlighting Rio de Janeiro, FURIA, and Counter-Strike. Attendees can look forward to various musical acts ranging from funk and hip-hop to samba, with approximately 1000 people anticipated to join the festivities. The event follows a similar format to the successful activation held during the Rio Major in 2022.

Cynthia Oliveira, FURIA’s Branding and Communication Specialist, remarked, “We want to celebrate the richness of Brazilian culture and offer an unforgettable experience for all visitors.”

She believes that Casa FURIA Recreate will be the perfect way to commemorate the final CS:GO championship in Brazil, as it brings back nostalgic elements that shaped the gaming and esports community in the country.

Pay4Fun, a Brazil-based online payment platform specializing in gaming, has entered a one-year partnership with FURIA. This collaboration marks Pay4Fun’s first foray into the esports industry. In addition to the Casa FURIA event, Pay4Fun branding will be featured on FURIA jerseys and during online and offline activations.
