The Departure of Rodion “fear” Smyk
Rodion “fear” Smyk has left Passion UA’s CS2 roster and has been linked to joining
Fnatic’s active roster for the next year’s 2025 season. In an earlier interview, fear
said that he wanted to remain with Passion UA if the team roster does not change.
However, with s-chilla out of the picture and rumors that Jambo is being wooed by other
teams, fear has decided to go elsewhere.
The Effect of Fear’s Leaving
It is a turning point for Passion UA as Fear leaves. The team had only started showing
signs of stability and only started recording success and major achievements after his
arrival. Whether fear was the ingredient that led to their achievements or whether the
credit should go to their coach, Kane, is still debatable.
Regarding who will take the place of fear, one possible candidate is byr9, who left the
team kONO.ECF. However, this is still speculative and fans will have to wait for
official word from Passion UA.

worked together. He gave his all to the team and for that we are very thankful to
him. We are really pleased to have been able to help him progress to the next level
because he should be able to compete with the best. Maybe we will meet again sometime

Fear’s Stellar Performance
The statistics that Fear has been posting in the last six months have been quite
impressive for a team captain. His performance rating in S-tier tournaments is 6.6 and
6.1 in all tournaments, which has been vital for Passion UA’s recent achievements. It
