New Developments and a Full Schedule
The ESL Impact circuit is back for 2025 with new opportunities and a massive $700,000 prize pool for the female CS2 competitive scene. This year’s circuit will provide teams and fans with an improved esports experience as the emphasis is placed on both gameplay and content.
Seasonal Club Incentive Distribution
For the whole of 2025, ESL Impact will be running the Seasonal Club Incentive, which will allow teams to gain rewards not only for their play but also for their content. The goal of this program is to allow teams to tell their stories and foster closer relationships with their fanbases to grow the female Counter-Strike 2 community.
Each of the two seasons will allocate $350,000, divided into three key areas:
- $100,000 for the Top-8 teams at the Season Finals.
- $125,000 for the Top-6 teams that will develop the best short-form content.
- $125,000 for the Top-6 teams creating engaging and informative extended-format content.

How the Prize Pool is Awarded for Competitive Events
The ESL Impact season 2025 will provide more prize money splits across its regional online leagues and season finals. Here’s a snapshot:
North America & South America Online Leagues
- The two teams at the top of the table progress to the Season Finals.
- 3rd–8th places split $8,000.
Europe Online League
- Four teams of the top qualify for the Season Finals.
- 5th to 12th place winners will receive $11,000.
Season Finals
- 1st place: $50,000
- 2nd place: $25,000
- 3rd–4th places: $13,000 each
- 5th–6th places: $7,000 each
- 7th–8th places: $4,000 each
- Total: $123,000
