ESL FACEIT Group has announced the addition of Call of Duty: Mobile to the Snapdragon Pro Series Powered by Samsung Galaxy.
Under a two-year deal with Activision, the league will feature CoD: Mobile across all Snapdragon Pro Series tiers, with a $1.5m prize pool this year.
The Snapdragon Pro Series is a mobile esports league featuring amateur to high-level professional play.
“Our partnership with Activision brings one of the most popular mobile esports in the world to the Snapdragon Pro Series and allows us to further democratise access to mobile esports while maintaining the prestige and foundation already established by the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship. We’re looking forward to adding Call of Duty: Mobile to our global lineup of Snapdragon Pro Series titles, offering more opportunities to compete and providing $1.5 million to Call of Duty: Mobile competitors in the 2023 competition year,” – Sebastian Weishaar, President of Esports at ESL FACEIT Group.
The Snapdragon Pro Series’ Masters tier will now feature Call of Duty: Mobile, and next year competitors will be able to qualify for the $200,000 Mobile Masters event.
