Disguised Toast Addresses Struggles of VALORANT Team in NA Challengers

Disguised Toast, the popular streamer, has opened up about the struggles of his VALORANT team, Disguised, after they faced their third consecutive defeat in the NA VCT Challengers.

In a tweet on May 4, Disguised Toast apologized for the team’s disappointing results and acknowledged the challenges the team has faced so far. He also expressed his disappointment for his team, stating that they have been messaging him after each loss, apologizing for their performances, and feeling defeated.

The streamer noted that the amount of attention and pressure on the team due to his name has made it even more challenging to handle the losses. He also added that the team is trying their best and that is all anyone can ask for.

“I don’t know if its appropriate for a team owner like myself to talk about these hard times so publicly, but i know a lot of you started supporting DSG because of me and i really wanted to show you guys my journey into the space – its easy to be happy when one is winning, but i also think its important to show the times when one is at their lows. Everyone here will keep trying their best, and we all hope to make you all proud one day

Disguised Toast acquired two VALORANT teams in April, with one competing in the NA Challengers and the other attempting to qualify for the VCT Game Changers circuit. However, the male team has not met expectations, and the female roster experiment has seemingly come to an end after just a few series played in April.

Despite the poor start, Disguised still has two series left to play in the NA Challengers circuit, facing off against M80 on May 12 and TSM the following week. The team still has a chance to get back to the top of the rankings if they can secure the next two wins.
