CS:GO World Rankings Shake-Up: Heroic Claims Top Spot, Vitality and Natus Vincere Close Behind

Heroic has taken the number one spot in the CS:GO world rankings following their strong performance in the BLAST Paris Major RMRs and IEM Rio.

The Danish team has dethroned G2 Esports, which had held the title since February, and now tops the rankings ahead of Vitality, Natus Vincere, G2, and FaZe. Despite being beaten by Vitality in the grand finals of IEM Rio, Heroic’s consistency and high floor have earned them top billing heading into the BLAST Paris Major.

Vitality, meanwhile, is positioned as the number two team in the world, while 9INE has risen to their best-ever ranking of 19th place. BIG also deserves a nod, rising from 19th to 11th after besting Heroic 2-0 on the way to a 5-6th placing at IEM Rio.
