BLAST has announced the complete schedule for the upcoming Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Major. The event is set to take place over two weeks and will feature plenty of exciting matchups.
The Challengers Stage is scheduled to run from May 8th-11th, kicking off with a one-hour pre-show before round one begins.
The Swiss system features four games each day on both the A and B streams, with the second round of Swiss taking place on the first day. Day two will feature more best-of-one games before switching to high-stakes action. The 2-0 games will take place first, with two teams advancing to the Legends Stage, followed by the 0-2 games. Day three will see only best-of-three matchups featuring elimination games on both streams, as well as two teams with a 2-1 record and one team with a 1-2 record. The final four teams with a 2-1 record will play their matches in the evening.
The Legends Stage begins on May 13th and features eight new teams.
The Swiss system will again be in effect, with matches being played all day on both the A and B streams. The second round of Swiss will begin on day one, followed by three days of best-of-three matchups.
The top eight teams will advance to the Champions Stage at the Accor Arena in front of a live Parisian crowd from May 18th-21st. The schedule features a variety of times and matchups to ensure that all games are evenly spread out and easy to follow.
The Major is expected to be an action-packed event, and the complete schedule will help fans plan accordingly.
