At the moment, none of the current players demonstrated that they are capable of playing alongside such a star, and their elimination proved that to the hilt.
NAVI and Vitality Secure Their Place in the Semi-final
NAVI and Vitality were two of the highest-ranked teams entering the event, and they have not disappointed, securing their places in the Semi-Finals and dominating their group stage matches without losing a map. The two teams are still in great shape and appear to be well-placed to make a charge towards the final stages.
NAVI started their journey with the match against Team Falcons, which they were expected to win, and then moved to the upper bracket match against G2. Even though G2 tried their best, NAVI’s iM, b1t, and w0nderful were simply too strong for them, and NAVI claimed another win. NAVI is coming from the ESL Pro League S20 title and they are only getting stronger, proving that in Copenhagen.
Meanwhile, Vitality kicked off their campaign against Astralis and made a statement with a devastating 13:0 map win. It was especially sweet for Vitality as their Danish opponents have been quite the dramatic team to face recently. They continued with another perfect series against Team Liquid, and as always, ZywOo was the star of the show. Vitality is leading the tournament, and with ZywOo playing as he is, they are a force to be reckoned with in the Playoffs.
A Grand Final Showdown?
As NAVI and Vitality are on the opposite sides of the Playoff bracket and both teams are in great shape, people are already talking about the possibility of a Grand Final between these two titans.
